Some sad news but also a card

As you will know by now if you have been over to the Crafty Friends Challenge Blog,  we are closing for the forseeable future due to our wonderful Blog owner and leader Diane sadly being diagnosed with cancer

We all want her to focus on fighting this awful disease and fully undertand that it is very important to her to spend time with her family

We hope that Diane will cope well with the treatment and all wish her a good recovery and hope that when and if she is well enough to start the blog up again she will let us all stay on the DT

Our thoughts are with you and your family Diane

I had already made our card for the challenge that would have started today so thought I should share that with you

We were due to be sponsored by Emerald Faeries and this is the lovely image I got to use for our theme which was to be
 Use lots of Sparkle

Its called Ebony and I coloured her with Copics

Paper, lace edge and Ebony's wings are all glittered and there are also gems on the butterflies and I've also used Mirri card and pearlescent card for the flowers

I am entering this card into the following challenges
