My DT card for Digi Darlas new challenge

 

Its time for our new challenge over at Digi Darla

 Our theme for this week is

 Laughter is the best medicine - a project that is humourous

One lucky winner will win 5 images from Digi Darla's designs and if you use a DD image add DD with your link and you'll be entered into a second drawing for 3 more images

I have made a shaped card for this challenge as I really struggle a bit with masculine cards as there are not so many nice embellishments to add to them

The image I have used is called Dancing Gramps which I coloured with Copics and the 

sentiment I have used is called Dance and Pray 

Both are available in the Digi Darla Store 

I have also used a Beatrix Potter embossing folder, Die-namics button die, blue ribbon and Craftwork Cards card candi

My DT card for Lady Annes Stamp Anything Goes challenge

 

Hi All, I hope everyone had a lovely Easter 

Its time for our new challenge over at Lady Annes Stamp Anything Challenge

Our theme is always Anything Goes but you do need to use a Stamp

whether it be clear, rubber or digi 

Don't forget our challenge is monthly but we have changed our start dates to the 1st of each month with  them ending on the last day of each month so everyone knows they have time to still enter regardless of what date in the month it is

This shaped card is a spring card and easel card combined and I followed a fabulous tutorial to make it HERE

I love their images so was so pleased to be able to use this adorable image. Its image digi9212 In Love and its been coloured with Copics

The sentiment is a Lili of the valley clear stamp

The papers I have used are all from Nitwits So Berry collection

I have also used my Joy Craft border die, circle and scalloped circle nesties, my octagon and scalloped octagon nesties, Marianne Design leaf die and a Crealies flower die to make the flowers and added a pearl in the centre.

I saw a wonderful tutorial HERE to make this clever combined card, its a diamond spring card and easel card in one, the tutorial was very easy to follow

The image I have used is called Wedding Dance and can be found in Kenny K's store

 I coloured the image with Copics

The sentiment is a Lili of the vally stamp 

The paper I have used is from Docrafts Cute Companions craft cd and so is the ribbon and bow

I have mat and layered the image and the sentiment onto gold card using a circle and scalloped circle and octagon and scalloped octagon nesties. I have used a Lea'bilities corner die and another die for the easel stopper

I have also used Craftwork Cards card candi to finish the card off

The papers I have used are from a Nitwit collection called Promises which I mat and layered onto lilac coloured paper before adding to the card.

I have also used a Joy Craft border die, octagon and scalloped octagon nesties and circle and scalloped circle nesties.

The sentiment I have used is a Lili of the valley stamp and the flowers I have used are made from a Tonic Cornflower die and pad set with some pearls in the centre.
