I was commissioned to make this card for a friend who had become an auntie for the first time and she wanted a nice personalised baby card but she didn't want any pink!
I have made a joy fold card with cream card, used Anna Marie designs gingham papers in green and yellow, gold card, yellow dotty ribbon from Woodware. I added adhesive pearls on top of it which you can see if you enlarge the photo.
The pretty corners and scrolls are cut using a Cuttlebug ornate corner die. I have also added purple and white bakers twine as the washing line. I have paper pieced the gorgeous little clothes using A digi stamp and added mini wooden pegs to add them to the washing line.
I have also decorated the card inside on all three sides but for security reasons I am not showing the inside as all Kornelias personal details are shown so its a truly personal card.
My friend loved the card and her brother said it was the nicest baby card he had ever seen!
I am entering this card into the following challenges
