My DT card for Pennys Red, white and blue challenge

Here is my DT card for our challenge over at Pennys Challenges this week. 

Our theme is Red, white and blue

I have used two of the new Summer bears images from Lili of the Valley which I have coloured with the following Copics, E000, E35, E42, R11, R22, R30, C5, G02 and BG0.

I have also used some blue gingam paper, red paper, blue gingham ribbon, Spellbinders dies, a cuttlebug corner die and some icing sugar card candi from Craftwork Cards and also some blue card candi in the top left hand corner.

Happy Birthday Freya

Its my lovely daughter Freya's 15th birthday today

 Happy Birthday Freya! 

 

 

Poor Freya has had to go to school today and sit a biology exam so she isn't happy, hopefully she will be in a better mood when she gets home.

I just thought I would show you the card I have made for her.

I made the card using a Go Kreate XXL die and the next size down to cut the pretty grey gingham paper, which I stuck to the card before cutting and scoring to make a stepper card.

The image is a cute square from Lili of the Valley, I cut a scalloped square using my Spellbinders scalloped square die and added some silver peel off in each scallop.

I have also used a Lili of the Valley clear circle sentiment stamp which I stamped with silver ink and then stuck the image to a pink scalloped circle cut using nesties.

I have used a Cheery Lynn's fanciful flourish die and Die-namics Prima Donna petals die to create the flowers, I added irridescent glitter to them before sticking to the card with Pinflair.

I have also cut the letters out to spell her name in silver using Quickcutz alphabet dies.
