Beatrix Potter Frame Card

At last I have received my Beatrix Potter craft cds from Create and Craft, they are simply adorable and the bonus cd only available from Create and Craft has some fantastic new items on it, calendars, tunnel books, these frame cards etc etc and they have very simple instructions to folllow. I have never made anything like this before at all. Although the photo does not show this very well the two rabbits in the centre are decoupaged. I like the way the decoupage overhangs the edges of the frame too.

I am going to enter this into a challenge this week

An Easter Card

Another easter card from me today. This cute image is a Pollycraft Digistamp which I have coloured in with my Promarkers, I don't seem to use anything else to colour my images in at the moment, always my Promarkers. The backing papers are from Papermania, the buttons from the 99p shop and the flower is a Prima flower. The letters have been die cut using my quickutz alphabet and my squeeze tool. The yellow brads are from my local craft shop and I have punched out the tag shape with the word Mum on with my whale of a punch deckled tag punch. I have used my Stampin Up circle punch to snip off the corners on the image and lilac card behind the image.

I have a few challenges to enter with this card.
Simon says stamp 3 types of embellishments, 2 patterned papers and 1 image. My 3 types of embellies, buttons, brads and flower.

An Easter Side Step Card

This is the other example card I have made for this weeks challenge over at Doodle Palace
I have made a side stair step card using the template Here again with an Easter Theme
I have used backing paper from a pad called Antique cream creative tones from Papermania. The easter bunnies, eggs and sentiment have all been stamped using the Daisy and dandelion Some Bunny Loves you clear stamp set, this was a remarkable bargain at just £7.99 for 18 stamps. I have coloured the images with my Promarkers and then stuck them all on with 3d foam. I have also used 2 orage brads to attach the Happy Easter Sentiment.

I am able to enter this card into a couple of challenges too

An Easter Easel Card

I was lucky enough to win a challenge over at Doodle Palace and have been asked to set this Tuesdays challenge. This is one of my example cards, an Easel Easter card for the challenge.

The lovely purple papers are some old scraps from papermania papers I have had lurking around for ages. The image is a cute little clear stamp from Little Claire which I have coloured in with Promarkers. The sentiment is a peel off stuck onto a label cut out with one of my nestability sets.
The lilac ribbon with little white spots was from a local craft shop near me which is unfortunately closing down, I also made a bow with the same ribbon and stuck this on top . I have used my Lace Doily Martha Stewart punch for the piece of card on the card base so that the easel part stays upright. I have stuck 3 little ducks on top of that. I have also added four really tiny and cute lilac coloured buttons.

I will never get rid of any of my nestability dies or this super cute stamp

I have realised I can actually enter this card into a few challenges this week

Here is another valentine card I have made which I can enter into a few challenges. I have used the sketch from Create for fun challenge blog. The patterned backing paper is from the Papermania Red hot paper pack from the capsule collection. The image is a Penny Black clear stamp from the piece of my heart clear stamp set. I have coloured it in with Promarkers and then attached to the card with 3d foam. I have embossed some red card with a cuttlebug hearts embossing folder. The ribbon is from Hobbycraft. The little red heart button is from a pack of buttons from the 99p store. I have cut out the circles with my nesties. The two little red hearts have been punched with an X-cut little punch and stuck on with 3d foam. The text has been done in Word Art and then backed onto black card which has then been stuck on the card with 3d foam.
