I saw a beautiful christmas card that Pauline had made for her guest designer project over at Do you stack up, I can see why they asked her as she is super talented, if you haven't come across her fantastic blog you can visit it by clicking HERE
As you all know I love learning to make unusual folded cards so I emailed her to ask if she could tell me the measurements so I could use the fold on a card. She had actually bought her base cards in a pack of 5 but very kindly said she would measure the card folds and email me the measurements, thank you so much Pauline, I really enjoyed making this card.
I have had Karens Doodles wonderful Ollie and Olga digi image for some time now but this is the first time I have got around to using it. I have coloured the image in with the following Copics R000, Y23, E35 and E33.
I took some pink paper and embossed it with my Cute Companions hearts embossing folder and then matted and layered onto brown paper and then stuck to each panel on the card base. I then cut 3 hearts, 1 large and 2 small with my hearts and scalloped hearts nesties and put the large one inside the card to write a message on and the 2 smaller ones I stuck to the front of the card with 3d foam pads to raise them up from the main card.
I finished off the card with some brown and white dotty ribbon on the front panel and then added a bow to match.
I am entering this card into the following challenges
