Get well soon
I have followed the sketch over at Karens Doodles Netherlands challenge blog. The digi image is one of Karens Doodles, I have taken advantage of her special offer and bought 9 images and got another 3 free, can't be bad. The image is called A Friend in need and is available HERE.
I have coloured it in with Promarkers. The pink and purple check backing paper I have used is from Forever Friends For you 6 x 6 paper pad. The lilac and purple card is from my craft stash. I have paper pierced the right hand side of the lilac paper with a paper piercing stencil I have had for ages but only ever used once! I have added an ornate corner in the top left hand side of the card as I felt it needed something there. It was cut using a cuttlebug die. The waste pieces from the corner have been used on the corners of the image, it seemed a shame to chuck them out. The sentiment has been rubber stamped using my new Just Rite stampers, I used Brilliance pearlescent purple ink so the wording and the border have a lovely shimmer to them which hasn't picked up too well in the photo. I have used a silver peel off all around the edges between the ivory card and the pink paper.
I am entering this card into a few challenges

Another Mothers Day card from me today
The image is a digi image called flower bear from Karens Doodles
If you haven't visited before head over there as she is doing an offer until 14th March, If you buy three images you can choose another one for free, thats a great offer. I have followed the sketch at Karens Doodles USA challenge, its their very first challenge, good luck with all 4 of your new challenge blogs Karen, I'm looking forward to seeing so much inspiration for all your images in one place.
As I've said earlier the image is one of Karens fanastic digis which has been coloured in with Promarkers, the papers are from Dovecraft. The flower is a Prima esprit with a punched daisy flower on top with a blue brad in the middle.
The sentiment is computer generated and cut out with my nesties. The image and sentiment have been stuck on with 3d foam to raise them and the flower has been stuck on with Pinflair silicone glue.

A birthday card for Ryan
I have followed the sketch at Willow sketchie this week. The star backing paper is from Dovecraft Masculine paper pack. The image is a High Hopes rubber stamp called Grillin Joseph which I have coloured in with different shades of blue Promarkers . The light blue card on the left has been embossed using my Happy Birthday Cuttlebug embossing folder. I have done some faux stitching around the edge of the image and the embossed backing piece of card.
The stars have been cut with an X-cut die on my Bigshot. The letters to spell Ryan have been cut with my Quickutz alphabet. The ribbon was a freebie from a magazine. The square blue gems are from Papermania.
I have a few challenges I am going to enter this card with

A Mothers Day Card
The image is a digi stamp from Pollycraft Designs which I have coloured in with my Promarkers. The backing papers are from the new green Papermania colour capsule range A5 paper pad. I have used my new Just rite nestability stamper to stamp the border around the sentiment and then cut out with my circle and scalloped circle nesties. The stirpey paper at the top has been embossed with a swirls cuttlebug embossing folder.
I have used green ribbon along the bottom of the card and a green ribbon bow with a little green button on the top.
I have used my Fiskars scalloped border punch underneath the stripey paper. I have used 3d foam pads to stick the sentiment, image and bottom panel on the card. I have used a new Martha Stewart punch for the daisy doily effect on top of the yellow paper and have added green gems to the centres of these daisies. I have used my Martha Stewart Lace doily punch on some stripey papers and stuck on the bottom of the card. There is gold peel offs on all the edges of the papers which finishes the card off nicely
I have a few challenges to enter this week with this card.
