My DT card for Digi Darla's My Style Challenge

Another week has flown by and its now time for challenge 48 - My Style over at

 Digi Darla Challenges

You need to make a project that shows your personal style, so a nice easy one

As you know I love to make cards a little out of the ordinary and particularly shaped cards 

and here is one I have made using my Spellbinders scalloped and plain heart nesties to create a heart shaped easel card. 

I have used a wonderful Digi Darla image called Valentine Bears which I coloured with Copics, its available here in the Digi Darla Design store. I added some faux stitching around the edges of the heart and the lovely red heart paper I have used is from a Pink Petticoat download.

 I then just added a lovely red and white gingham bow and some die cut hearts to finish it off.

My DT card for our Valentines Challenge over at Fashionista

 

Wow where did January go, it just flew past didn't it, I can't believe its already time for our new challenge over at 

Fashionista 

Our theme for this month is

I have used one of her lovely images for my criss cross card, its called Pati's kisses which

I coloured with Copics

The lovely heart paper is from Pink Petticoat

I have also used a heart Martha Stewart punch for the pretty edging, hand made flowers using a punch and glue, a spellbinders tag die which I added a pearl to, scalloped heart and plain heart nesties, circle and scalloped circle nesties, my new Memory box heart die, and a leaf die. The I love you sentiment was a free digi from Stamp Fairy

My DT card for our Go Red/Hearts challenge over at Brown Sugar

So onto my DT card 

I have used a lovely Digi Darla image called Rabbit Love Balloons 
which I coloured with the following 
Copics G12, R17, R08, E50, R20 E31 and Promarker Berry Red

 I made this shaped stepper card using red card, hearts paper from a Pink Petticoat download, and a Go Kreate die adding the paper to the card before cutting and scoring the step part

I have also used a Cheery Lynn flourish die for the gold flourishes, a free digi sentiment from Annette of Nettys Cards which says "Will you be my valentine in Red"

The flowers are from my stash but I added some white with gold spots Craftwork Cards card candi in the centre. I used a heart punch for the hearts on the left and right of the image.

My DT intro card for Digi Darla

As I announced a few days ago I am now on Digi Darlas DT and today we are having a new DT members intro over on the Digi Darla Challenge Blog

 This is the card I made to show my style, I love making unusual shaped cards and cards that are just a little bit different to what you find in card shops

I have used a Digi Darla image for this card, its called Sick Lil Girl which is coloured with the following Copics C1, E0000, E42, E50, RV00 and RV32

I have used Scalloped circle and circle Go Kreate dies for the shape of the card and a Spellbinders decorative oval and plain oval die for the image, circle and scalloped circle nesties for the sentiment which was a freebie from Stamp Fairy.

The designer paper is from Papermania

The other dies I have used are Spellbinders for the card stopper, a Memory Box flower die and Cheery Lynn mini butterfly dies.

The pink spotty flower is a Prima flower, I added card candi in the centre and also on the top of the stopper.

I have done dry embossing on my card using a Spellbinders A4 embossing folder and a Crafters Companion embossalicious embossing folder and I have also used my Cuttlebug ornate corner die
