Oscar and Olivia the otters card

I found a lovely new challenge blog called lacy Sunshine and the lovely artist Heather has given out this gorgeous freebie otter image called Oscar and Oliviaif you enter the challenge with it

Here is the card I made using the image which I coloured with Copics

 

I have used a Go Kreate die to make the base stepper card and some pretty paper called hearts pink from a Nitwit Download called Puppy love

I have also used the same Go Kreate die set to mat and layer this gorgeous image, my Cheery Lynn flourish and mini flourish dies, my Heartfelt Creations Aster die set and my circle and scalloped circle nesties to mat and layer the sentiment circle which is a clear stamp from Lili of the valley and some Craftwork Cards card candi in the centre of the flowers
