Pink Elephant - Colour Challenge

Well its been a few days since I last posted anything, I've been enjoying the lovely weather with my family before the kids go back to school tomorrow, but today I have managed to get on and make a couple of cards for Mondays challenges.

This card is what I am entering into Pink Elephants Challenge with http://thepinkelephantchallenge.blogspot.com/, this week it was a colour theme, Pink, Green and Yellow, not colours I would have thought putting together before but I have attempted it and this is what I came up with.

The backing papers are by Papermania, I've used my cuttlebug swiss dots folder on the pale green card, image is a Penny Black clear stamp coloured in with my Prismas, I have then cut out the image with my oval nesties and layered it onto a scalloped oval cut with my nesties, I have most sets now and must say they are probably my favourite crafting item. The sentiment is a stamp from Cuddly Buddly which I have cut out with my circle nesties. The top right hand corner flowers I have made with two sizes of x cut daisy punch and a double punch for the centres which are yellow you can't see the middle that well unfortunately.

Thanks for looking x

  5. A really lovely card. I love the extra detail you have done with the peel off gold bits on the scalloped edge - so pretty.
