For my card I have used a fantastic download bundle, its called Boys Hoot 

and is available in Polkadoodles digiworld HERE

Everything I have used on my card, apart from the ribbon and bunting, is from the download bundle priced at only £3.99

8 Sentiments 

11 A4 patterned backing papers

I have also used Memory Box Bunting die and  brown polka dot ribbon to finish the card off
