My Guest Designer card for Crafty Friends Challenge Blog

I was asked by the lovely Diane of Crafty Friends Challenge Blog if I'd like to be a guest designer for them for this weeks challenge

Of course I was delighted to have been asked and accepted straight away

Thank you so much for asking me, I feel really honoured to be joining you

I made this card using a Bugaboo image called Kidz Fishing which I coloured with Copics

It's available in the Bugaboo Store Here
There is also a little boy version Here

To make the card I scored a piece of 6 x 9 inch card, scoring at 1,2. 3.5, 5 and 7 inches

The piece of acetate measured 6 x 10 inches, scored in half and just taped onto the front and back of the stepper part

I do love these cute little stepper cards

would love you to hop on over and join in with their challenge so hop on over if you can

Thanks for looking
x

  4. Hi Julie, thank you for your very kind and generous comment that you've left on my last post. I will be more than happy to share the measurements of the card with you but as Deby still has all of my samples, it could be two or three weeks before I get them back. Unfortunately, I didn't save the template but I will have a search on Google to see if I can find it again, and if I do, I'll let you know. It's the first one I've ever made but I wanted to do something a little different and I thought it was a great way of showcasing the stamps. I started to cut it with scissors and then ended up tidying it up with a craft knife as it was nowhere near straight. I guess it's one of those things where it gets easier the more that you do. You have some gorgeous cards on your blog and it looks like your a professional when it comes to fancy folds so I may need to call on you for advice in future! I'll be back in touch as soon as I have the dimensions for you. Kindest regards, Sandra :) X
